· - Log into Madosh
· - Go to 'My Orders'
· - Click 'Return' to open the Return Request form
· - Select 'Replacement' or 'Refund'

The buyer has to pay the return postage. In international orders, free return is not possible.
What to do in case a damaged / defective order is received?
We closely inspect each product that goes out of our office. Nonetheless in case you receive a defective or damaged product, you must let us know within 10 days of delivery. Once the complaint is raised, please send us a picture of your damaged / defective product on customercare@madosh.com, we will give you best possible solution and if it does not work then we will give you store credit, refund or exchange whichever is possible.
On what grounds can a damage product return request be filled?
Can I get the amount refunded in my bank account or PayPal?
As a company policy, we do not provide refund in the form of a cash refund, or refund in the bank account. We only issue store credit against returns. This store credit is valid for a period of 6 months, from the date of issue.
How do I check if my store credite has been issued?
How do I redeem the store credit?
In case you have a store credit from us, you will have to place a new order. At the time of checkout, you will see the store credit applied automatically to your order total. Store credit can be used on sale item also.
